MASTER SERVICE AGREEMENT

This is a master service agreement entered in between the customer listed below and centapos (PTY) Ltd. Hereon referred to as CBNS.

1. All services listed in the added customer order forms will form part of this master service agreement and will be on a month-to-month basis with a 30-day cancellation period.
2. All cancellations must be done in writing by email and sent to accounts@centapos.co.za
3. All cancellations received will have a 30-day period on them, and all services related to the cancellation will be processed the end of the following month.
4. All invoices will be sent out on the 18^th of every month to customers.
5. All invoices need to be settled within 7 days of the invoice. All payments need to reflect in CBNS bank accounts on or before the 25^th of each month.
6. Should payment not reflect by the 25^th of each month, then a late payment fee will be issued on the next invoice.
7. Should the customer payment not reflect by the 1^st of the following month, then CBNS systems will automatically suspend all services related to the customer account with no additional warning, and the suspension will only be lifted automatically once payment reflects in CBNS bank accounts.
8. Payment reminders will be sent out before the 25^th of each month by email to remind customers of due payments, but CBNS is under no obligation to contact the customer telephonically.
9. All existing customer provided internet links / IT infrastructure does not get serviced by CBNS, and is not the responsibility of CBNS to maintain.
